As the business continued to grow, they were keen to involve staff in the journey to net zero and approached EV Leasing to discuss a Salary Sacrifice Scheme, offering all staff the opportunity to drive an electric vehicle.
As well as being a staff perk, this scheme offered tax savings for both the employee and the business – providing employees with a fully insured and maintained electric vehicle at a significantly lower monthly cost than they could source privately.
EV Leasing presented the Salary Sacrifice Scheme to all staff. They also held a Salary Sacrifice Clinic on site to answer any queries and advise on disposal of current cars.
